The Senedd

Senedd, was opened in 2006, is located  in Cardiff bay. It is the National Assembly for Wales' Siambr (debating chamber) and Committee Rooms. Senedd is completely transparent in public level and sit deliberation what steps plinth waterfront and buildings and private space. The building, all these for three layers have different functions based on the architect's design idea.


Siambr is the large, debating chamber, which at the main building. It can blend 60 Assembly Members at the full meeting. The Siambr floor is timber and the walls at the lower level of the drum of the Siambr are clad in acoustic panels that facilitate the Siambr's acoustic performance.

Committee Rooms    in Cardiff Bay are held in the Senedd's three Committee Rooms. There are three committee rooms in the Cwrt. These rooms normally accommodate committees of up to 24 people at the meeting tables.  While Materials used in the viewing galleries include carpet flooring, fabric panels cladding the walls and concrete soffits.

Education

Britain is a nation with a long tradition education. Divided into three stages: Compulsory Education, further Education and higher Education.

While the UK higher education tuition increase price, why will appear this kind of circumstance??
In the middle of October, the British government is expected to starting from 2011, the British government will cut in the next four years college education funds forty percent of the university from the government, which means that the investment will reduce 40 billion pounds. At present, the British university's annual tuition is about 3,000 pounds, but now is adjusted to 6000-9000 pounds. Why??

I think the main reason is British fiscal tightening and the level of inflation, and the government also decrease of higher education funding.

Parliament and Government

Britain can be said to be the world's oldest representative democracy Lord, its representative democracy originated in 1000 years ago. In some other countries also it have such a long-standing political history, but these historical tend to withstand sudden violent upheaval. Although British history has had political instability period, but relatively in France, the United States and China is concerned, Britain's founding history is a gradual evolution rather than a revolutionary process of great upheaval. Such sustainable history in Britain today's political system and political culture still reflected somewhat. (political culture is a relevant national regime, government regulations and policies formulated by the theory and values, etc.

Now the British government by its history influence. Britain is a representative democracy, it is a constitutional monarchy. Though the country's official summit is queen, but her rights mostly only in the traditional sense and symbolic. The state and local government is elected by the people, according to the British constitution principle rules the country.

Bonfire Night

5th Novmber is Britain's Bonfire, it is also known as Guy Fawkes Night.

Learning from the class, it is to commemorate the bankruptcy of the British Parliament bombing plot. 

That night, I arrivered at Ponty. I am glad to feel the excitement of this festival scene. I remember that bus full

of people , drive is blocked slow going forward. While put fire started at 7pm, the warm wind sent the fire to

the point of warmth. Many equipment sparking multicolored lights, though to the playground, screming cries

pierce the night. Splendid fireworks with the music constantly blooming. Fireworks for a half an hour was

over, we can try to  the games about the Bonfire Night. Each about 2-3 pounds, but played down enough to

make you dizzy. Overall ,it is very beautiful and exciting.

Halloween

October 31 each year is traditionally a festival of Halloween Eve, children will be put on make-up evening clothes, put on a mask, door to door collection of candy. Festival is mainly popular in the English sector, followed bu Australia and New Zealand.

In UK, every place has its own characteristics, and has own activities. But pumplin is representative of Halloween. About the EU

Fifth, the UK is the European Union, and a stable political background, it can attract investment, especially the US and Japan.
Sixth, it can the poorer of EU regions or the world's least developed countries to help.

While the disadvantages are direct contribution to the EU budget, the Common agricultural policy duo to rising food prices, the increased cost of manufacturing goods, services lack of competitiveness, and cumbersome procedures.

Overall, the UK joining the EU have advantages and disadvantages.

Wales

British is made up England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland United Kingdom. Every nation has own flag and plant.

Flag of Wales is have the world's oldest and special flag. The upper half white, lower half green, and the middle is a red dragon. It is also known as the Red Dragon flag. Flag of Wales flying in many places in every corner, whether government agencies, business place, or sports. But people of Wales are upset for flag of UK, because it's not conclude Wales flag.

Wales people can not live without sports activities, organized hiking, mountain climbing, golf and windsurfing are very popular outdoor sports. It is known as "Land of Song) reputation, creating a musical talent and many musical tradition.Cardiff centre has a capacity of tens thousands of "Millennium Stadium" for the six-nation rugby Football League and the United Kingdom final venue, the Cadiff stadium was originally the only international standed swimming pool, but still turned into a football field.

 

British History

World war II (1939-1945) was human society to the largest deadlist, most destructive global war.
60% of the country the world war, the war in Asia, Europe, Americans, Africa and Oceania on five
continents. Warring sides at the same time the Pacific, Atlantic, Indian Ocean and the Arctic Ocean to start gfighting four oceans. September 2, 1945 Japan announced to the Allies  ended.

I would choose it because it is a turning point in human history. It changed the world distribution of political power to decide the development of the world. People of the world to get together, weather it is socialist or capitalist together let us see the new hope. It is evident that human force beings are powerful.

British Feeling

I remember that all docements were ready, I was look forward to went to the UK.

Three months ago, more than twelve hours of the flight, I arrived in the UK. I feel very tried and hungry. Because the arrivel time was late, and bus station has been closed. I know need one night of waiting at the airport. But I'm very happy about the new environment.

The next morning, I arrived Cardiff. All the things attract me, it has clean fresh and lots of trees. Overall, harmonious combination of man and nature. After I lived sister student family, three days finally ate Chinese food. After find the department of a series of things, but also happy and tired.

A few days later, I found the people of Wales are very good, very patient and very polite. I did not understand it doesn't matter, he still smile and repeat, until you understand. Teachers and landlords are the most commonly used simple vocabulary to communicate with people. If I walking through the front yard for others house, they will see smile to me, and say "HELLO", each of them are cute. I feel really wonderful. I like this feel.

The next study is a new challenge, I will do my best to complete studies. I belivev I can.
